Mix coffee with hot water and let it cool.
Cream Stork Bake and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks and beat well.
Add dry ingredients, with coffee mixture, milk and vanilla.
Lastly fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put into a greased 22 cm pan and bake for 1 hour at 180ºC.
Cool on a wire cake rack and then decorate with Stork cream icing. Make ½ a batch Stork cream icing, flavouring it with 1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in a little boiling water.
